Hotel Frances Guadalajara

The staff was pleasant, attentive with every request. The location was magnificent, at a short distance from an often raucous plaza.

We loved the hotel and Guadalajara, had 1 romantic day there. Comforts of quadruple room were fabulous - a flat-screen TV with cable channels, an electronic key card and an iron. The attached restaurant in the lobby of the Frances Property was the best part.

There were not very comfortable beds in our room.

The room was unique with jacuzzi bath. The staff were excellent, welcoming with manager. Very central location was a plus.

The folks working here were fantastically friendly and we loved its very central location. The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a nice area. Moreover, it was at a short distance from a public square.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Good meal and REALLY GREAT service. I liked that utensils and plates were provided in the standard queen room. The location was impressive, close to a late night restaurant as well as the historic centre. Also, it was just a walk down to a grand cathedral. The pool was lovely and I had strong drinks in the sky bar. The staff was realy friendly and my stay was brilliant, would return here.

We had a fine stay, the hotel was quirky, fairly clean, with unbeatable location near the main plaza.

Just superb location, stuff where polite. We loved the Czech cuisine in the restaurant. There was a small garden in the hotel Besides, parking was available onsite.

Unique accommodation with beautiful location close to everything.

Nice building and rooms with nice decoration. It was in the very central location right in the historic centro. Hotel was clean and the service was good. Besides, I parked nearby. Food was great and I have nothing but really great memories from this trip.

The accommodation was romantic, pool was well-maintained, beds were neat. An excellent garden restaurant was open on site.

everything is spotless, i loved it. there is a warm reception. there's good outdoor bar with complementary beverages. best possible location to regional museum of guadalajara.

This place was clean and had fine staff and location. The bathroom was bright & the bedroom was great size. The property was set in a lovely area.

The employees were AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY, helpful customer service, the bed was comfortable enough. I booked compact, good sized room. Situated in a historic area. It was a really enjoyable stay, you could leave a car nearby.

The whole experience was wonderful. Everything was perfect and the rooms were very satisfied. There were a market and stores around the hotel. Booked a room with spectacular views. Furthermore, free wifi provided throughout the property was appreciated.

Good old property with unique rooms and handy location. Lots of pretty good food for meals. The staff did all they can for a memorable stay. Comfortable lobby. There was a reasonably priced restaurant, a market and stores next door.

Totally superb experience. Breakfast was free, there were reasonably priced bacon, yogurt, sausages and fresh fruit. The room was neat, the bathroom was modern.

Facilities were superb, yet Wi-Fi was very poor.

It was a small hotel, chilled-out base for good rest in Guadalajara. Incredible bed, luxury bathroom and complimentary WiFi, satellite television and climate control in the room. The staff was decent and also were more than helpful. We loved the sand beach near our venue. Pool bar was spacious! Beautiful garden and clean pool.

it's great for the money, with free wi fi. the reason we enjoyed it was excellent staff and views. furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus. we tried some nice meals at crepe center, located minutes from the hotel.

Dolce mexico holiday inn was 5 mins walk away. 4-star hotel in Guadalajara;))

30 minutes by car from the airport. We greatly enjoyed staying at frances. Would come there again, if in Guadalajara...
